I've just published the first installment of my new blog series, The Rock & Roll Gospel! Once a month, I'll highlight iconic song lyrics and examine what the artist may have been trying to convey; how those lyrics actually illustrate an important life lesson; and parallel verses from Scripture. The first installment features some deeply moving lyrics by John Lennon, and how they may have given insight to his spiritual condition. (UPDATE: The Rock and Roll Gospel has been put on hiatus, as I've closed the Hippstuff.com website where it appeared. I'll be getting it up and running again here on this site soon.)
